- Multiple hyperdensities are visualized in the L tonsillar region – consistent with the finding of tonsillar calcifications
- Hyperdensity in the missing #11 region – consistent with the finding of a retained root fragment
- In the R posterior mandible, small loose hyperdense particles are visualized at the level of the alveolar crest – differential includes:
- Loose osseous fragments
- Foreign material
- Clinical correlation is recommended
- Airway is patent
