The panorex was taken one week before the installation of our CBCT unit. We informed the patient of our findings.
We recommended initial impressions for a complete denture (upper and lower) and that the patient return for the wax try-in, and at that appointment, we would take a CBCT and send it for interpretation.
The patient agreed and was scheduled to return for a follow-up.
