The Initial Plan for the Patient with Bony Defect

Refer to the orthodontist to evaluate for better alignment and spatial arrangement to restore the defective area.

Refer to OMFS (Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery) to evaluate for grafting and potential implant placement in the resorptive defect.

If an implant can be placed in the #24 site, we will restore it with an abutment and implant crown.

Develop a restorative plan based on the finding of the orthodontist and OMFS.
