  • The fracture was M-D and the lingual aspect was slightly mobile.
  • The fracture was into the pulp chamber and presumed to be the cause of necrosis.
  • The patient was given the option of endo eval, and potential implant –OR- eval by the implant surgeon.
  • The patient chose to extract the tooth and have an implant placed
