This Should Be An Easy One: Patient Assessment

  • Upon examination, #T is not tender to percussion. The tooth is no different than the last examination 3 months ago.
  • A fracture is noted on tooth #30 that extends mesial-distal. The tooth is extremely tender to percussion, and both fragments exhibit mobility with visible pulpal tissue.
  • The pax reveals PDL thickening on mesial and distal roots.
