For nearly a decade, I have believed in the power of “Together We Rise.”
That’s why it has been the mantra of IgniteDDS when it was first created, and IgniteDA when it came along later.
But what does that really mean? How can we really work together?
In an era where we have perhaps never been more divided as a society, how can we make sure we’re on the same page in the dental practice as a group every day?
I have made it happen in my dental practice, and I believe you can as well. It takes things like a mission statement and clear directions from the dentist, to start. And I will talk about that and more in the video below.
