“Mask Mouth”. What does that mean for your dental practice? Let’s be honest. Our patients hear things in the news and then wonder about them before they come into our practices.

A perfect example of this is “mask mouth.” Go ahead. You can click here to read about it. I’ll be waiting for you to get back if you want to learn more about it.

So your patients have heard of this, but do they also know it’s National Gum Care Month? You can probably look at their gums and answer that question.

Two different topics, right? Yes and no. Let me explain in the video below how to bring it all together and grow your dental practice.

4 Principles to Help Grow Your Dental Practice

Hey guys, welcome back! Today we’re going to talk about mask mouth. We’re going to talk about National Gum Care Month, and we’re going to talk about growing your production.

Three oddballs? Not really! We’re going to unite them.

Principle Number One

I need you to know your top 20% of patients:

  • Who are they?
  • How old are they?
  • What do they do for a living?
  • What zip codes are they in?
  • What do they listen, and respond to?

KNOW your top 20% of patients!

Principle Number Two

I want you to define what health and wellness mean to them.

It’s going to be very different if they’re a millennial versus a baby boomer.

So I want you to understand how YOUR top 20% respond to health and wellness.

Because it’s National Gum Care Month and there’s this trending topic called mask mouth.

Principle Number Three

You’re going to pick a platform. Pick a social media platform.

Boomers, you’re probably gonna be on Facebook. Millennials, and Gen Z you’re probably going to be on Instagram or even TikTok, so pay attention to who your top 20% is.

Understand how they see health and wellness and pick a platform based on where they play on social media.

Principle Number Four

Last but certainly not least you’re going to pick a targeted topic. Like mask mouth. It’s trending and then you’re going to talk about that.

You know how I know it works? You’re watching this.

Guys take those four lessons to the bank and watch your practice grow.

Until next time. Together We Rise.
