Dental Assistants maybe re-evaluating their career. the dental industry have gotten better but job roles have become increasingly complicated with new technology. Employees are being asked to do and learn more but not getting paid more. Salaries have not kept up with the quality of people you want in the industry. Remember people are your biggest investment.
